- Ruddy and I connected, but did no business
Ruddy seems fraudulent due accepting application fees and never showing the property to you to determine if you want it or not. He is with Century 21 which is reputable however after paying fee and trying to contact you he refuses to show property. Finally reached him after calling from a different number and he claims I would have a $900 deposit for a $600 apartment. I said okay I want to see first. He never became available for me to do this. The same exact listing keeps getting posted by him every single month since. 2012. WHY IS IT STILL NOT TAKEN? Keep in mind other apartments in the area are listed and occupied within weeks. I have reported to sites like Zillow and hotpads and am waiting for responces. This type of behaivor must be addressed. Paid so fee online and never saw this guy. Called Century 21 and receptionist says I have to deal solely with him on those types of properties.
