If you're looking for an agent to represent you - skip the search and go with Russell - you won't regret it.Here's why:(1) Patience - He doesn't mind you asking tons of questions. In fact - I think he welcomes them. Since it was my first time purchasing a house, naturally I had tons of questions and confusion. However, Russell was extremely patience with me - in fact, he encouraged me to ask them.(2) Passion - He loves what he's doing and I was able to see this translating into the success of my transaction. No one wants to work with someone that hates what their doing. (3) Expertise - He's a investor himself and knows the D.C. Metro area inside out. (4) No pressure - I think this one is really important because a lot of other agents would pressure you to buy the house because they only care about the commission. My experience with him is that he really wanted to help you out. I think this is probably the most important one. Too many agents out there days just treating buyers like numbers when in fact, we're trying to make the most important purchase in our life.(5) Feedback/Advice - I think part of the problem in real estate is that every party involved just want to get the deal done. Sometimes you just don't know what is good/not good for as the buyer. My experience with Russell is that he won't try to b/s you. He'll give you the bread and butter of your question without trying to sell you anything.In real estate is tough to find genuine people that's really there to help you find a home - especially if all sides just want to make money and move on to the next person. However, my experience with Russell is different. He guided me from step 0 to the finish line while being genuine, patients and professionalism. I highly recommend Russell to anyone that's looking to buy or sell their home.
