There was a bit of a "bidding war" over the house we were interested in and Russell is the reason we got the property; he submitted our bid(s), helped us determine what offer we could make that would shut down the other buyers without over-paying and stayed in touch with the seller late (9 PM) on a Friday night conveying to them our personal interest (proximity to aging parents).
