Had a negative experience with the company that sold me the house. We later found out after living in the house for a short time, that big expenses were covered up so that the house "looked" updated. When we started living in the house we found that there was structural issues and that the basement had not been waterproofed(even though the house leaked from all corners), the basement originally was not finished, so this renovation company came in and hid that it had any problems in the basement by finishing the basement. We also uncovered that there was bats in the attic and that when the structure was fixed the septic weeping tiles were also crushed and had to be replaced. Bottom line, I wouldn't do business again with them.
