I know I'm a week overdue, but I wanted to take my time on this letter of appreciation for you. Looking for a home was harder than we anticipated, going long distances and getting no results. I have to be honest, but in the middle of all the declined offers and going miles without seeing a house we didn't like; you were going through the same thing with us and I never really recognized that. You were the trooper we needed to keep our motivation and attitudes positive. Every time we needed a break you would give us our space, but as soon as we sent you some potential homes 10 minutes later we had a schedule to view them. Your work ethic is bar none Ann and we loved it and will refer you to anyone who asks for a great realtor. This journey wasn't an easy one, but the end result couldn't be better. We love our new home Ann and couldn't be more happier with it. Thank you for all you patience with us and thank you for your generous gift.
