She has completed several real estate training courses including the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified New Homes Sales Professional, and has earned her Associate Broker Designation. Ruth grew up in Washington, DC where she enlisted in the United States Navy. While in the Navy she met and married Aubrey Keaton. They are the parents of two adult sons. She returned in 1993 after 22 years of service, several of which were spent living abroad. Ruth is a Realtor and a Property Manager for Neighborhood Realty, and she is ready to assist you with any your real estate needs.
