Ryan Brightwell

Ryan is a retired local police officer who spent 17 years serving the Las Vegas Valley. Ryan knows the Las Vegas Valley inside and out, the neighborhoods and the unique intricacies that make them up. Ryan obtained his real estate license in 2006 and quickly translated his negotiation skills into the world of real estate for his clients. Ryan is ranked in the top 1% of agents in Clark County. In 2018, Ryan was selected at the youngest Sales Manager in the history of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties where he trained and mentored over 300 Realtors how to buy and sell homes effectively. Today, Ryan leads The Brightwell Group which consists of multiple Realtors that share in Ryan's philosophy and his passionate and heartfelt drive to serve his clients’ best interests. Ryan also continues to volunteer as a coach and mentor at the Boys and Girls Club and the PAL (Police Athletic League) gym for at risk youth. Ryan is a instructor on safety and situational awareness for Realtors and writes regular column for the "Las Vegas Agent" magazine on similar subjects.
