I met Ryan while searching for a home on Premier's website. He reached out to me, about helping us list our home. He came out to meet my husband and I at our home to discuss what we needed to do before listing. He walked us through all the steps and made the process so easy for us. It was also great, Ryan and my husband both enjoyed the occasional obstacle course races. Once we got the house ready to sell, he took the best pictures and listed our home . During this time, I was having Ryan take us all around Cumming to find us the perfect home. Our home sold in less than 24 hrs. This put me in a panic!!! I knew we had to find a home soon or we would soon be out of the house, with 3 kids and no home. Ryan was so patient with all the homes he took us to see. I'm pretty sure I was on their website 3 times a day, and he was sending me several homes a day to go see. He probably took us around to see over 50 homes. (Maybe more because I am very picky ) We had one day left to find a home, so we could close on time and not be homeless. I emailed Ryan a home that was just listed and it didn't have pictures posted yet. At the same time, he was emailing me the same house, but with the pictures!! I told him before we went to look that evening, that this was the house. We put an offer on the home within the hour. Homes were selling so fast, we had to act quickly .We ended up in a bidding war, but won the house in the end. I wish I could say that the hard part was over, but we ran into a few obstacles the next few days. The home was being sold by a relocation company and it looked like we could possibly not get the home. My husband called Ryan and said we have to get my wife this home. Ryan and Lisa did everything possible to make sure we got our home. Moving day!!! Eeeek!! It was a disaster, both closings on the same day. My husband was gone to both closings and I was at the house with the movers. We ran into some problems with our movers. I called Ryan in a panic and he stepped in and handled any problems that came up. Ryan and Lisa went above and beyond for us to make sure we purchased the perfect home for our family . Not only did Ryan and Lisa help us with so much, but they also became our friends. We have been in our home almost 2 years. I still love going on Premier Atlanta Real Estate's website to look at homes, but only because I like looking. I get busted being on there by Ryan and Lisa often. (They both tell me we already have our perfect home). They are right, we do! It's all because of them. Thanks so much!

He has regular client appreciation functions that make my friends jealous they didnt use our realtor. I only wish I had more homes to buy and sell!
