From the moment of contact, Ryan Hardy gave 110%. Ryan helped us navigate the process of first time home buying. We came into the process with very limited experience and knowledge of important considerations when buying a home which Ryan patiently and succinctly walked us through. With his years of experience, he was able to point out aspects of properties that I would never have thought of. He knew the difference between every material within a propertywhether it was cheap or high end. He knew the planned developments around the properties (e.g., whether a building would block the view, whether developments around the area will likely raise the value, etc.), the history of the areas, and the potential of the properties. He was so responsive - I'm pretty sure I emailed and text Ryan about 500+ times with questions! Ryan helped to make the process completely seamless. He spent countless time with us and was there for every showing and open house and did an amazing job at getting us into the listings we wanted at the times that we could make! Ryan was our agent for the recent purchase of a condo in the city. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor for many reasons: He is very knowledgeable, he offered up good strategy and advice when needed, he was never pushy. We appreciated that we had someone with integrity on our side and felt that he truly looked out for our best interest at every step. After the agreement to buy was completed there were some appraisal and mortgage issues which arose... and Ryan was right there to help resolve every obstacle.
