Ive always had such a great experience working with Ryan Fay. He was my agent for the purchase of my apartment and was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fun to be around. He also helped me sell that place and buy my second condo in SF. He also has gone out of his way to take my parents around the city and surrounding areas when they were thinking about buying up here and came by my apartment recently to give advice on the home renovation Im considering. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable of the city market, the advantages and disadvantages of different neighborhoods, and if he didn't have answers to questions he always looked into them and followed up asap. He was extremely responsive and on top of everything from scheduling tours through closing escrow while also being flexible and understanding of our less than 100% availability due to work and other commitments.
