I engaged Ryan Gaertner three times in the last 4 years to buy, sell and buy my homes. The homes were both on leased and fee land and he has great experience with both. He is excellent. He is a seasoned agent who has a friendly and easy going personality who gets deals negotiated and closed. Ryan is also very responsive 24/7. In one of my deals, there was a utility easement running through the middle of the house from 50 years ago. Despite all my other advisers saying it was not a big deal and not enforceable, and to leave it alone, Ryan called SCE, found their easements dept and got the easement removed. I recommend Ryan fully.
