I have grown up in the Seattle area my whole life, gone to school for construction management and commercial real estate development at UW. I have also worked for one of the largest local general contractors in Washington State before switching careers. With this extensive background I can tell you it has given me a leg up in my real estate career where I have been working in investment and development. By working in this field, I must stay up to date with market trends, growth in local areas and have great negotiation skills on behalf of my clients. I love what I do and what is most important to me is that my clients have exceptional service, and memorable experiences. To do this, I make sure to communicate clearly and often to make sure you are kept up to date with market feedback and changes in the local area while guiding you through the complicated journey of selling your highest and most important assets.
