There are well-oiled machines and then there is the Ryan Smith Home Selling Team. I cannot recommend this team enough. Let me provide the short version of my situation. I bought a home in 2004 while I was still in the Army. I tried to put the home on the market when I got out of the Army in 2007 right when the housing market crashed. It put me in a tight spot, so I decided to rent. Multiple times in between renters I tried to sell the house, but to no avail. I did not live in the area anymore, and I did not have the time to tend to the home. This most recent time, my property manager recommended Ryan so I called him up and started the process. Ryan was very straightforward and recommended some changes that needed to be made to the home to make it more marketable, and I followed them to a T. Throughout the whole process of preparing the house to go on the market, Ryan's team was responsive and communicated relevant information at the appropriate time. When it came time to put the home on the market, I threw the Hail Mary and hoped for the best. I fully expected to be in for a long and anxiety-filled summer of hoping my house sold.
