There are well-oiled machines and then there is the Ryan Smith Home Selling Team. I cannot recommend this team enough. Let me provide the short version of my situation. I bought a home in 2004 while I was still in the Army. I tried to put the home on the market when I got out of the Army in 2007 right when the housing market crashed. It put me in a tight spot, so I decided to rent. Multiple times in between renters I tried to sell the house, but to no avail. I did not live in the area anymore, and I did not have the time to tend to the home. This most recent time, my property manager recommended Ryan so I called him up and started the process. Ryan was very straightforward and recommended some changes that needed to be made to the home to make it more marketable, and I followed them to a T.
