I "worked"with another realtor for MONTHS before Ryan started helping me. Ryan got more done on my behalf the first week working with him than the other guy (who sells houses fulltime!) even attempted to. By the time I switched realtors I only had around 2 months left on my rental lease.. At that time Ryan and I worked completely opposite shifts/days. Yet He made himself available to view 10+ houses in a few day span. He got the viewings set up super quick too. Im really indecisive, had him all over the city at some houses 2-3 times. He was patient. He didn't try to sell me anything I didnt want, like other realtors tend to. Ryan answered ALL my zillion questions. He made sure I got what I wanted, stayed in my budget, in the area I wanted and closed all before my lease ended!!
