My husband and I were living in Europe when we started looking for a retirement home in the Reno/Tahoe area last spring. I saw a few things & requested more details but with the 9+ hour time difference I was skeptical I would get a rapid reply. Ryan replied so quickly I thought it was an automated response. We immediately connected on the telephone and began our journey together finding the perfect home. He is a Tahoe native and knows Washoe County from one end to the other. There are not enough superlatives to describe our experience working with Ryan. He goes above and beyond every expectation. His determination to find the home that will fit your needs is unbeatable. Our journey was long & exhausting to get to where we are at this moment. There were so many unique obstacles throughout the process that Ryan took charge of and handled for us with professionalism and tenacity. He truly cares that the homeowners are satisfied and happy with every aspect of the home. We have lived all over the world; bought several properties throughout the years and had a preconceived notion that realtors were not very helpful. Ryan has changed our opinion. He is not a salesperson as much as he is a person that makes connections. Ryan is amazing!!!! I moved from California to Nevada and had a tough schedule. He was always there for us. He made time for us on last minute notice and showed us over 25 houses in two months. We looked all over Nevada and spent countless hours in the car and the company was pleasant and informative. He knew personal details about every property and found out what he didn't know in a timely fashion. We had alot of long days and finally found what we were looking for. He handled the inspections for us since I was still living in Cali and did alot of other personal things for us we should have done ourselves but couldn't fit into our schedule including hand delivering documents on his day off. I have recommended him to several of my friends and am using him for another property I'm currently selling. I can say enough about him as a real estate agent. Ryan Langis was very helpful in finding us the perfect home. He is very friendly and there for you when you have questions or concerns. He helped us save money on the home inspection and the pest inspection. We were able to close early due to him getting ahead of schedule with all of the inspections and repairs.
