Dan Steffee was fantastic to work with in purchasing my first home. He was honest, patient, informative, and his years of experience made the entire process very smooth. He not only answered all of my questions, as I was very new to the process, but explained the steps of buying a house too. He was constantly updating me whether on the houses I wanted to veiw, and is very knowledgeable of the different areas in and around Grand Rapids and what a fair price is. I could always reach Dan via text, phone or e-mail and he would respond in a few hours, if not a few minutes. He even checked in with me to make sure my move went well too.
