Ryan did it again! This was our second home sale with Ryan. Our home was under contract on the first day, with multiple offers. Ryan has a fantastic marketing strategy and gives it his all. We believe he is the best realtor for the Solterra market and would never consider anyone else. It was so beneficial having him work his way through the HOA docs, which can be confusing, that we needed for our relocation company. He is very thorough and we knew we are in excellent hands for the entire process. Ryan is quick to respond to any issues and ridiculous questions we might have. He is very patient and calming during those stressful times that we all have while buying and selling homes. Jill, his transaction coordinator, is also great.

Last month I had to move my dad from California to be closer to me since he was having trouble taking care of himself. A very difficult situation. Since Ryan lives in the same neighborhood that I moved my dad into, Solterra, his knowledge and advice was indispensable. His answers to my questions about the HOA, age demographics, and new listings (Ryan has a huge network of real estate professionals all over the front range so he hears about houses before they are listed) made the decision about which house to get for my dad easy. And Ryan even found me a house for my dad that was within walking distance of my own house! Even now that my dad is settled in, Ryan still helps out occasionally when we have simple questions like which day recyclables are collected or who to contact for approval about home improvement projects. I highly recommend Ryan for any real estate needs you may have!
