- Ryan listed and sold my home
Five years ago, we had the great fortune to meet an Angel of a man. After failing to sell our house over a period of a year with two other realtors, we met Ryan Rebant. We contracted him as a property manager for our house in Berkeley Springs, WV. He informed us it was clearly a buyer's market and a difficult time for sellers. He said he felt certain he could get the house rented and he could manage it for us while we were living 5.5 hours away. He came to sign a contract with us, on Memorial Day 2017. We had planned to drive our car with an attached trailer, overloaded with our last household items back to our home in NY. After signing the contract, Ryan pointed out that the hub on our trailer was severely damaged and it would definitely cause a breakdown on our long journey. He said he felt certain he knew what part was needed to fix it. So he drove seven miles to town, purchased the part, drove another 7 miles back and then spent 4 hours in the worst heat of that holiday trying to fix our trailer. It couldn’t be done because the axel had a severe barb that was preventing the new part from attaching. We decided to purchase a new trailer, moved our stuff on it and drove back to NY. Ryan then sold the old trailer for us for $200 to someone he knew could fix it and make good use of it. I mean, WHO does a thing like that! In no time, he was able to rent our house to tenants who took good care of it for 5 years. When the market finally changed in 2022 and just as the interest rates were starting to rise, Ryan represented us as our realtor and sold the house for more money than we ever imagined we would be able to get for it. We feel lucky beyond measure to have met Ryan Rebant, have him take such great care of us for so long and then enjoy the bounty of our sale from all his wonderful service. We can’t say enough how blessed we feel to have known him and wish him every success in life that he deserves. A million times: Thank you Ryan!!!
