Ryan is a fantastic realtor and helped us find our first home!! He was patient, and really listened to what we wanted! He made what can be a stressful process easy!!

I had a very positive experience working with Ryan. I was referred by a friend who also spoke highly of him and for good reason. From the first meeting it was clear to me that I could rely on his knowledge and expertise to carry me through the process. I came into the search with a strict budget, looking in a fairly specific geographic area, and with unique needs that narrowed my options in an already tough buyers market. Ryan had a knack for putting me onto houses that met all of my needs. He gave honest feedback, provided valuable perspective, and understood my interests as a first-time home buyer. From the initial offer, through inspection/negotiations, and to closing - Ryan was in it with me at every step. As challenging as a home buying process may be - Ryan made things easy for me. The Youtube video walk-throughs were clutch when I had a conflicting work schedule and limited opportunity to see houses during the regular work day. Overall would highly recommend and if we happen to be back in the market in the future I will seek out Ryan first.Less

A year after my husband died, I decided to put my home on the market. I contacted Ryan and realized that he had my best interests at heart. He did all that he could to make this decision a good one, from finding a lawyer for me, a contractor, and an estate sale company. What could have been a painful transition was not and I attribute that to Ryan being very sensitive to my needs, not to his sale. I would highly recommend Ryan to any future sellers/buyers.
