I am not sure where to begin. We reached out for information for a property on realtor com in the Jacksonville, Florida region. To put things in perspective, we live in Pittsburgh, PA and we were trying to find a property from over 700 miles away. This in itself was a tremendous hurdle to overcome and without a real estate agent. We had to find something in an extremely short period of time and had no realtor to work with initially. Luckily for us, our request came across Ryan Sosnitzas desk. What I can tell you is, you will not find a more hardworking individual. Between him and us, we were sending properties multiple times a day. Luckily for us and technology being as it is today. We did a lot of FaceTime walk throughs on multiple properties at all hours of the day. The other thing that made this extremely challenging, was the fact that we were trying to find a property during one of the hottest Real Estate markets in years. Properties were sometime lasting on the market for hours, not days. I know that I have never seen or experienced or been through anything like this in my life time. We had to be extremely aggressive and Ryan was working with us to make it happen. Without his willingness to show us multiple properties in a day as well as sometime multiple offers. I am not sure how we would have gotten through this extremely stressful time. I can tell you this, I found myself a Realtor in Jacksonville.
