We were originally working with another agent that never had time for showings and didn't respond to messages. We actually met Ryan through some shared interests and started talking. We eventually decided that it felt like a good fit and started working with him. It turned out that we never even had a contract with the other realtor. Ryan helped us look all over the area that we wanted until we found the right house. We were buying in the height of the insane market and didn't get our first house, but we got the second one. He was not only able to get us the house for $30,000 less than the list price, but he also got us closing costs covered along with repairs to the house. Buying a house is stressful. He made it fun.
