My family and I had complete trust in Ryan and relied on his opinions throughout the real estate buying process. He has no biases and explains what he sees in the house which helped us make a very informed decision before making an offer and when listing the house we lived in. He then guides you through every step of the process, clearly explaining the steps and all possible outcomes. He is easily accessible and very communicative. Overall, we had a great experience.

Ryan has helped us sell 3 properties. He is absolutely incredible. He has an incredible knowledge of the market, listing houses for the exact price that will attract serious buyers and multiple offers within a few days. He told us what updates needed to be done to get top dollars, and he made all the arrangements with painters, etc. He returned all our phone calls instantly. Working with Ryan has been most fantastic and easiest real estate transactions we have ever had, from beginning to end. He is simply the best .

He was a tremendous help in selling my late step-father’s rental house. It was a difficult sale because of the long term tenants, the condition of the property, and uncertainty in the real estate market at that time. He consistently took extra time to explain his marketing strategy and the selling process which was extremely helpful. If I could give Ryan 6 stars instead of 5, I would! My wife and I have now worked with him on 3 separate occasions, both on the selling and buying side. His expertise and experience were critical in how we approached each engagement. Ryan has the ability to take his wealth of knowledge and communicate it to you in a language that you can clearly understand. We felt total confidence at every step with him and could not be happier with the results!

We just sold our older. family home in the Victory Heights neighborhood of Seattle. Ryan did his homework and gave us the best market analysis compared to the other Realtors we interviewed. His advice on the listing price was the best and the highest we received. Then he went about making his best effort to get us that price (which he did). He told us what we should and shouldn't do to show our older home. to it's best advantage. He held an open house each weekend and found us a well qualified buyer. We excepted an offer in just over 30 days and closed in 60). We felt Ryan was a great communicator and walked us through the whole selling and closing process to keep it as stress free as possible. We feel we made the right decision when we hired Ryan. We have no hesitation in recommending him to you and our own family and friends..
