Ryan and the Wire Team made buying our home a great experience. They were easy to work with, going above and beyond to make less stressful, but were beyond patient. Ryan listened to us, not only on our likes / dislikes but also on the various areas we were searching, never forcing his opinion on us. Our search area included all areas of LA County. He met us on weekends due to our schedule everywhere from Sherman Oaks to Pasadena and Lakewood (far from his normal area). Ryan was extremely friendly and professional, giving us much insight into the home buying process including recommending multiple mortgage brokers so we could choose based on personalities and offerings. He not only listened to what we wanted, but also provided suggestions and listings we would have never thought to consider. Ryan was there to support us through the whole offering and purchasing process, personally showing up at key events, such as our home inspection when timing didnt work for us. Even now, he stays in touch to see how things are going. We couldnt have hoped for a better agent and person to guide us along the way.
