My wife and I bought a 3 bedrm beach front condo and asked Joe to help us sell our 2 bedrm. We appreciated that he kept us informed and was creative in marketing, hosting several open houses. He offered sound suggestions to help with marketing. We sold the unit and closed with a happy purchaser.

We have worked with Joe Wills in multiple scenarios for over ten years, and have had only positive experiences. We first me Joe in 2003 on our initial foray to The Golden Isles. Upon providing a short backdrop on our preferences, Joe zeroed in on exactly what we wanted, and we made a bid on a house within 48 hours. Although we did not end up purchasing that house, Joe kept in touch regularly for three years. In 2006 he again knew where to take us, and we purchased our first home on Saint Simons Island. Joe handled all of the negotiations, and even encouraged us to bid lower than we had expected to, because he knew what was the fair market value. We spent seven happy years in that home. In 2013 we decided to look for a home on Sea Island. Once again we contacted Joe, and he showed us about 30 homes within our price range. Working very well with others with whom he had relationships, Joe and his team were able to also identify a home that was above our price range, but one they thought we would really like. When that became our home of choice, Joe worked diligently to deliver the home to us, which he did within our initial price range. Joe was plugged into the situation of the seller, and knew that with a little extra work, he had a chance to make this work on our terms. We really appreciated Joe not "upselling" us, and making sure our interests were protected. Joe was then contracted to rent and / or sell our Saint Simons Island home. He delivered a renter within the first month, who took a 12-month rental at a very fair rate, with an option to continue. Joe is also representing us on the sale of the property during the latter part of the lease. We have nothing but positives to say about Joe Wills. He is honest, courteous and knowledgeable. He works well with multiple associates and has a team of experts lined up for legal, mortgages and execution: he gets things done! Everyone likes him and will work with him.
