We moved from Maryland to South Florida in January. I was visiting my daughter and was searching for a one story, three bedroom home close to where she lives. Abby is a joy to work with. She is very knowledgable when it comes to the areas that we wanted to look at as well as finding a home that was a good value when it came to our budget. Being from out of state she also helped us with suggestions for lenders and homeowners insurance. I recommend Abby to everyone I know who is thinking of looking for a new home. Abby was a great agent to work with, and I did meet with several. I usually feel the need to watch very closely over all the details of any transaction, but with Abby I truly believed that she had me covered. I think what convinced me, in addition to her genuine concern for my objectives, and obvious knowledge of the local market, was when she went into the yard, climbed on the wall to check for any telltale signs of seawall issues- in her heels! Our transaction went smoothly, I never felt rushed, and when I made a decision on a home I felt confident that it was the right home for me.
