RUN - it's a shame 1-star is the lowest I can give. I had a terrible experience buying a condo in Kirkland with this agent. He completely failed to provide anything other than getting the deal signed and taking his commission. Completely unprofessional and useless - I found the place myself using his login. He completely failed on communicating everything to me or the buyer's agent, missed the deadline for inspection repairs request, did absolutely nothing to protect me from the sellers moving out a whole week late. He tried to promise some credit to cover his bad work but that fell short in the end too. Most annoying thing, he thought he did a good job... I guess anyone can get a realtor license these days. I only had myself to blame in the end for giving him the chance. This guy is a joke, find a different agent.
