I've known Sabrina since she was a college student in Chico State's English department, and many of the qualities that made her a great student make her an excellent realtor. (If you're a first time home buyer, be warned that there is a LOT Of signing you have to do, and a good agent will make sure you understand what all the disclosures and statements mean.)If you're a family with children, know that Sabrina is GREAT with little kids. We had to bring our baby along house hunting, and we even had our three-year-old with us when we signed the last of the closing papers. Anyone with a preschooler knows that bringing one along when you have to sign paperwork is no fun, but Sabrina was good at helping to entertain him. If you're new to the area, she can can be a good resource on local schools, too.I highly recommend Sabrina. The bottom line is that she knows what she's doing and she's great to work with.
