Sajata has helped my family through 1 rental, 3 home sales, and 4 home purchases spanning 9 years! As long as she is a Realtor, I will never use anyone else. She is not only a magician that pulls your dream home out of a hat, but she is one of the happiest and most genuine people I know. You can't go wrong with Sajata!

They helped us find a home within our budget within the area that we wanted and the closing process was simple and easy they were attentive quick to respond and I would always refer them to anyone who is looking for a home.

Sajata sold our house with the most professional pictures I have ever seen and made our home look so awesome. Within hours of her posting the pictures we had 6 viewings and by the 2nd day 6 bids on our house! She is the sweetest person you'll ever meet (besides her best friend Courtney who is also in the business in Houston). You will make a lasting friend and I hope will always think of us that way.

Being that this was our first time buying a home I was very apprehensive to the process and the possible problems that could arise with buying a home. We met with Sajata and gave her our 'wish list' of what we would like to see in a home. Within a week Sajata had several listings ready to show and ultimately helped us find our new home. Sajata made the process seamless and comfortable. She listened when we told her what we did or didn't like, and provided feedback and answers that helped us narrow down our search. Sajata was also instrumental with the builders and the bank. Without her, I would have walked away from the process and gave up but Sajata made sure that everything worked out the way it was supposed too and even was able to negotiate the best end result for our family. I would recommend her any day to any one that is selling or buying and I plan to use her in the future as well.

Sajata was amazing from beginning to end! She helped us understand all of the realtor jargon and made sure that we came out ahead on everything. She fought hard for us and it showed. Even the people we bought the house from said she was amazing and we were lucky to have her!
