- Sal listed and sold my home
I have been investing in Real Estate since 1997. In all these years, I have never worked with an agent as professional, honest and competent as Sal. He was my listing agent for 2 properties I just sold in Antioch, for which I interviewed agents from 4 different brokerage services. Sal distinguished himself right away by providing a prompt, honest, estimate of the cost, the price and the time needed for both prepping the properties and selling them. Because a broken leg had me stuck in my home 70 miles away, Sal was left finding, supervising and managing multiple contractors who worked on the homes to get them ready for the sale. Painting in and out, flooring, landscaping and various repairs in and out were all finished in 2 weeks! Both properties obtained a couple of offers within 4 days from the listing, and closed each in less than 30 days. Throughout the painful process, Sal kept a reassuring smile on his face and a comforting tone in his voice. Truly, an exceptional professional whom I will always remember.
