The best experience with a Realtor. I am investor that has dealt with more than 20 investment properties in several states from Florida and Georgia to South Carolina and Maine. I can honestly say of all the realtors I have worked with Sally provided the most professional service. She is accommodating and understands the value in doing the little things to help smooth out a sale. For this last sale of a home in Bangor, ME we had gone through 2 different realtors over the course of 8months. We received no offers during that time frame. After switching our listing to Sally we had an offer with in 72 hours and that offer concluded with a sale. As an out of state seller I depended on her to go to the property and keep me apprised to what was happening.She was very helpful in dealing with some issues that required repair before closing , helping me coordinate a plumber and flooring contractor.She gets how important little efforts are for an out of state seller. I can not give higher praise. Highly recommended.

Sally kept me updated and handled all of the paperwork and negotiations with ease. One weekend Sally wasn't available, but she made sure I had contact information for her associate in case I needed anything. Of course, I did and they were there for me. My husband and I listed our home in Brewer with Sally when we made the decision to move out of state. Sally was diligent in advertising our property and was a tremendous help in guiding us through the negotiation process when we received an offer. She was prompt in getting back to me when I first contacted her, and she immediately went out to my property to view and give me some suggestions to get it market ready. As soon as it went on the market, it went under contract in 6 days! She was excellent in keeping open, consistent communication and keeping me in the loop of what was going on.
