With the housing boom, the process has changed dramatically. Information is a click away. Buyers and Sellers are savvy as the market adjusts to supply and demand. Overpriced homes will have to lower initial asking price and under market priced homes will receive offers higher than asking price. Despite technology, once Buyers are ready to buy a new home or Sellers are ready to sell their existing home, this is the place where I step in. My goal is to provide service that instills trust.
