Sally did an amazing job helping my wife and I buy our first ever house. I had tons of questions about everything (what does this contract clause mean, how should we evaluate this inspection finding, etc etc) and Sally always took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and always gave a great recommendation as to how we should proceed.If you're looking for a realtor, I don't think you can do much better.

We highly recommend Sally Grenier! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and far exceeds typical realtor expectations. We relocated from the East Coast, and as such had limited capabilities to visit Colorado prior to our purchase. Sally gladly showed us 30 homes in 2 short days, and then in our absence, attended our home inspection and final walk-through; she even arranged a home warranty to ease our transition. We highly recommend Sally for all your realty needs, especially if you are looking for a realtor who is personally dedicated to finding you the right home and will go the extra mile!

We gave Sally a tough assignment: we were moving from 2,000 miles away and we had four days to find a house. She spent a long time getting a bead on what we wanted, was responsive to our shifts in house attributes and geographic preference, and by the time we came out she had a list of houses to look at that all fit the bill--well, all but one, and that wasn't Sally's fault. She helped us manage the negotiation, and there was never anything we asked for that she didn't have an effective answer for. I would recommend Sally to anyone.

Sally helped us buy a home in Westminister for about $400k. She showed me a number of neighborhoods that fit our criteria exactly (and we had some strange criteria!). In any case she was professional and flexible. We thought we had one home but then it fell through and this was at a time I was out of the country for about 45 days. But Sally had it covered as she knew we had a short runway for getting moved in so she had 20 homes set up for us to look at the first weekend I was back. Without her proactive approach I would have been in a difficult situation!

The previous agent I had didn't do much and the house sat on the market for 3 months during prime summer selling season! I should have hired Sally from the start, but my "friend" really wanted the business. Lesson learned. Anyway...I finally hired Sally after the previous agent couldn't get the job done. She was amazing when she helped me sell my home ready to sell this past fall. It needed a lot of work (stuff the previous agent didn't mention). She helped me find contractors get the house painted, carpets cleaned, and an electrician to install new light fixtures. She helped pick out new stainless appliances too. She helped me pick out paint colors and fixtures that would appeal to the most buyers. She managed all the work from start to finish. Then she hired an amazing photographer who took the best photos, including a "drone" photographer guy to get great photos of the aerial views of my home and the surrounding trail and open space. Something the previous agent didn't do. She had just used her own cell phone and took really bad pictures. Finally we got it listed by October, but unfortunately, this turned into a difficult transaction due to the first two buyers terminating. But Sally never missed a beat and got the next buyer under contract right away. Sally went way above and beyond to get my home listed, and then under contract and to the closing table. I'm so thankful for her help. Don't hire your inexperienced friend. Hire a pro from the beginning!

We had never gone through the process of buying real estate before, and were so reassured by Sally's confidence and low-key approach. She knew exactly what she was doing; I don't think there was a moment in the process when we felt like she didn't. And if she didn't know the answer to something, she admitted it and promised to find out. She was very accessible, but not pushy. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the Denver area.
