I was first licensed in Florida in 1968 as a Real estate Associate working mainly in the town of Palm Beach selling and leasing estate properties. After moving into commercial and leasing and property management I obtained my Broker license in 1981 and opened my office in 1982. I specialize in all forms of residential property and commercial and special purpose properties.
Also formerly licensed as a Community Association manager, my knowledge and expertise in common interest realty is important for informing purchasers about the various developments so they may make informed choices.
