There are not enough words that I could say about Sam.He has set the standards of excellence extremely high for everyone else in the industry, being such the "A" player, he is. Everything from Knowledge, Service, Expertise, Skills = Excellence with Sam. An authentic and genuine person. Sam, helped me with personal properties. He knows the market very well. Was able to provide extra information, responded to emails; phone calls & text messages quickly. He was always available to talk and walk me through the process. If you do not do business with Sam or refer Sam, you are doing yourself and others a dis-service!

"Needless to say, there were a lot of different people we could have chosen as our realtor - neighbors, friends, highest performing in our area, etc., but in the end, we decided to go with Sam because of his demeanor. For my personal situation, I needed someone with a "can-do", positive attitude, who everyone could get along with. I'm writing this review because I was initially hesitant to hire Sam because I couldn't find much on him. I only had the few open houses where we happened to meet, along with some various follow-up email communications to go by. In the end, however, I'm 100% certain that we couldn't have done any better. Sam was nothing short of AMAZING throughout the process! Who is Sam? Sam is a highly personable, calm, smart, level-headed, grounded, detail-oriented, and very hard working realtor. Our transaction ended up moving very quickly, and even though I had trouble keeping up, Sam did not. We wanted to sell in summer, but summer was more than half over. Even though we had a ton of stuff that we could have used another year to sort through, we ended up listing the house. Sam knew a few photographers - which came in handy because the first one couldn't come when needed. We had the Open House on a Saturday, and by Wednesday we had a fully executed offer in-hand. In addition to presenting the house well, I think Sam priced it just right too. Once the papers were signed, we ended up having to contend with some difficult buyers coupled with a seasoned realtor. This made for a difficult combination and things grew much more challenging, but again, Sam, forever composed, realistic and diplomatic, helped to keep the deal from falling apart numerous times - straight up until closing day! That last week was a horrific week for me personally, with work being very busy as well, but Sam was constantly in touch helping to manage the to-do list. He continued to deal with the relentless demands of the buyers, met with people when we could not be there, dealt with the pets when the buyers needed last minute measurements, and organized cleaning services not once, but twice. On moving day, Sam completely rose to the challenge. He showed up early in the morning, along with the movers, and completely took charge. We had a lot to move, and only about half of it was actually packed properly (due to major miscalculations on our part). He worked with us tirelessly, and nonstop, the entire day. He brought his truck so that we could have some additional space available, and he also brought his great attitude - which I seriously could not have done without. Sam persisted, managed, reassured and worked - HARD, all day. In the end, we did get everything out, and left a clean house - just in time. I know for a fact that we couldn't have done it without Sam. Although far from an ideal scenario, without our even asking, he was willing to jump in with both feet when we needed him most - and at the same time, helped to keep spirits high. I think it's fair to say that if you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with Sam, you will not be disappointed, and you will be reminded that people with strength of character still walk among us :) Thank you again, Sam - for everything!"
