Sam is a former police officer who just knows the area so well, and he has done an incredible amount of work to know the ins and outs of homes and real estate procedures. He even helped the other experienced real estate agent figure out a tricky subdivision of land. He's also very hospitable- treated his 30+ clients for a great dinner and wine as Nostos! We decided to go with Sam when he told us all the things that were needing fixings with the house he was selling. He tells it like it is, he works incredibly hard, and he's really good at it, as evidenced by his many customers. Also, fluent in Spanish if that's needed!

Sam was engaged throughout the process and went above and beyond in helping us sell our house. He provided guidance, expertise and honest input which assisted us in making the sale rather quickly.
