Working with Sam and Brandy has been a true pleasure - they are professional, friendly, low pressure, and most importantly they really wanted us to find the right home for us. During the final stages they truly went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to close on time.

We had an issue with our previous realtor, and I was referred to Sam by a realtor we used in FL to sell our vacation rental. Sam was excellent, and could not have been better. He came into a bad situation and put things into perspective and did everything he promised us he would do. While Sam was a new agent to our home, we had been on the market nearly 90 days prior, and were not getting the service we felt deserved or needed with the from the previous agent. Knowing this Sam took on the listing and would return calls and texts instantly even listened to my venting as needed. In the end he sold the home quickly, and I could not be happier. Sam Barnes is top notch, I would recommend him and his team to anyone!! During the sales process I was going to be out of the state during the closing process, and Sam and his team scheduled a remote close with no issues. Was a seamless process during a very stressful time.
