THIS IS THE REPLY YOU WILL GET JUST BY YOU QUESTIONING A FLOOD ZONE....N (Me) Good morning Sam Can you cancel this one it's in 10/10 flood zone (Him) I pulled it up on my map and it's not showing flood zone. Where did you see that? (Me) I pulled it up on my map on realtor.com and sent it..... (ME MEMO) please keep in mind that I AM NOT THE REALTOR "SUPPOSED" TO BE WORKING FOR YOU AND HELPING A CUSTOMER LEARN AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE BUYING! (HIM) I pulled it up on my map and it's not showing flood zone. Where did you see that? (Me) Realtor.com (Him) Here's the link to the county website ...... (Info). The location of the house ON HIS MAP WAS IN A LIGHT GREY AREA... SAYING THE GREY AREAS ARE "UNSTUDIED AND POSSIBLE FLOODING????. (Him) To me there seems to be something wrong with the website you are using. (Me) Yeah being a buyer I have to say if they are saying undetermined I have to buy as it's is in a flood plane until it's been studied so not of interest to myself .. The site realtor.com (Him) Hahaha yeah now zoom out and look at the whole county. The whole county is gray (Him) I'm not going to argue with you.
