Negotiation skills:We love Sam! He has helped us buy two homes now. 2009 and 2016. And he helped us sell the first one. He is great! very nice and easy to talk to. I consider him a friend now. He always Answered the phone or called back within minutes every time I needed to talk to him. He even texted or messaged me back late at night back and fourth. He was happy to explain anything multiple times if needed

Sam was so willing to go the extra mile with our family. He made sure that he understood our needs, our requirements, our limits and what would make us happy. He is extremely patient and always had out best interest in mind. He had very thoughtful ideas and homes to show to us and walked us through the process from beginning to end. He was tremendous as a Realtor for our home.

Sam helped us by our house even though it took us two years he was very patient with us. He is a really good agent he treated us always with respect and he became friends with us and with our kids sometimes we even expand time with him not looking for a house but on other social things we really think him and all of his team add influence real estate because they made it easy for us to get the house!!!

When you go to meet with an realtor, at first you always have the same expectations - that he/she is there for the commission, and that you probably will never hear back from them. Well, Sam is totally the opposite. He is an amazing realtor and a friend. When we met with him for the first time, he wanted some information like what we really NEED in a house, what is WANTED and what AREA we were looking for. From there we were able to create like search criteria, and not only that Sam will call on any house for you, not only on the web but if you see something on the streets while driving. He will actually call right away for you and get all the necessary info, and call you back pretty much the same day. Sam is really knowledgeable about the laws and the whole procedure of buying a home. He is not scared of asking what you want and demand it for you. The best part is that you can contact him at any time of the day and if you say:" I want to see this house tomorrow", he will respond with: "Is 9am ok for you, and do you want me to come get you and drive you to there?" Sam is always prepared and have done all the research that we actually were supposed to do and was ready for us to tour the houses and give us his professional opinion when we asked him. After we bought our house, Sam didn't stop there. He was checking on us pretty much every other week asking if we like the house and if there is something else that needs to be checked on with the seller and if they have missed something they promised to fix or do. I mean, you don't just get a realtor with Sam, you earn a FRIEND for life.

Sam was very professional, responsive and willing to help answer any question or concern we had with our home buying process. Sam was very friendly and detailed with the way he presented things to my wife and I, and made the the transition to our new home very smooth! I would recommend him to anyone!

Sam made it as smooth as it could have possibly went. He is still in contact with us asking how the house is even after a month of buying it. He is by far the most loyal, trustworthy guy I know.

Working with Mr. Willis was so easy. He is truly there to help you get the deal that you want and to assist in ANY way he can. I always felt informed as to what was going on and most importantly never felt pressure in any way. The decision making was 100% mine (well, 10% mine and 90% my wife's) and Mr. Willis was always there to answer questions, provide comparative reports, or when asked he would give his opinion. Great agent. I highly recommend him!
