Samantha Arango

I started my career as a real estate attorney in 2001 where I helped buyers and sellers with their transactional and litigation matters. I made the change to practicing real estate and joined Windermere North in 2013. Since then I have helped numerous sellers and buyers achieve their real estate goals in a very competitive environment. By utilizing my knowledge and experience, I love educating and empowering well-informed clients who then have the confidence they need to embark on a winning strategy. The trust I bring to the relationship is built on communication, honesty, and care. My dedication to my clients is a life-time commitment that doesn’t simply end at closing. I have been a resident of Shoreline, WA since 2010 where I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys. I can often be seen at the various parks and events in this community. When I am not serving her clients, I love to cook, play tennis, and fly-fish with my family.
