Samantha Flores

Samantha Flores is everything we hoped for in a realtor. She came highly recommended and lived up to our expectations. Samantha was willing to work with our difficult schedule and spend several hours, and many miles, taking us all over to see houses. She is also a fantastic communicator- always quick to email, text, or call when we needed her. Additionally, her follow through was amazing! If she said she would look into something for us she always did and got back to us promptly. Her patience and good sense of humor were also much appreciated when we faced setbacks and disappointments during our search for a home. Once under contract, she continued to help navigate inspections and repair negotiations- including a situation that arose after closing! Samantha is incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market and how to navigate it fairly and ethically. And she did all that while listening to what we wanted and presenting options without coming across as overbearing. We can't recommend her enough and will gladly work with her again in the future if the need arises.

I wouldn't say that Samantha can walk on water...HOWEVER...She did find us a nice home in our price range in a nice neighborhood...and we did not have to get into a bidding war to buy it. In this tight market...if that's not miraculous it's pretty close. Need a miracle??? Call Samantha Flores!!!
