Samantha Gray

Samantha (Sam) Gray has always been in the real estate business. Her father is one of Placer Counties most successful commercial brokers. He taught Sam well. After buying her first home at 22, she fell in love with residential real estate. She took her knowledge of the area, as well as her personal knowledge of the area school systems and immediately found success helping buyers and sellers. Sam is a Placer County native. She and her husband, a CHP officer, have utilized that area knowledge many times to help out less fortunate people in the area, most recently Sam spent over a week helping the victims of the Paradise fire that ravaged the area in 2018. In addition, Sam is regularly active in her children’s school and after school activities. In the past 13 years Sam has assisted numerous first-time buyers, first responders and high-end home sellers navigate the home buying/selling process. Sam was selected to be a Zillow Premiere agent many years ago because of her tireless efforts and great results for people wanting to make a purchase or sale.
