We had a bit of a complicated situation with our work/travel schedule and Samantha went above and beyond to accommodate us. Hopefully we wont need to move again anytime soon but if we had to one of the first calls I would make would be to her. If it was possible to give more than five stars I would.

Samantha is super excellent --helpful beyond extraordinary -- went thru extensive search to find perfect match --after more than 23 homes complete video details ---I was long distance buyer from Long Island , NY --with lot of questions -- and very demanding. However Samantha was very responsive and helpful in all aspects--- Even after the initial purchase contact -- she was providing lot of help for Inspection/Survey and all related matters---working with my attorney as long distance buyer. In short SAM is SUPER EXCELLENT and all our friends/ family etc will be her client .

We are in our late 60's and have bought and sold many homes over the years. Samantha is far and away the best realtor we have ever had. She is very responsive to concerns and has a great deal of knowledge about the selling process. Samantha took the time to have a number of open houses, which sold our home quickly. Very professional, friendly and efficient.

We weren't in a rush, so we looked for a house for about 7 months with Samantha as our agent. Initially when we weren't seeing anything we liked, she offered to pass out flyers in the neighborhood we were interested at no cost to us (we declined, but I thought it was a good example of how she would be willing to go beyond more typical realtor duties). As a first time homebuyer, everything was new to me and I had a lot of questions. Samantha was always approachable and patient and never made me feel dumb or like I was wasting her time. She moved very quickly when we made offers and was flexible when we wanted to see different homes. She once missed an appointment in an honest mistake, and owned up to it with a genuine apology. I appreciated that she didn't try to minimize it and suggest it wasn't a big deal. She has a network of people she can draw upon - for example, she was able to ask her home inspector friend about some spots we saw in a basement that we were curious about, and get a roofer colleague out quickly to give us a quote after our home inspection suggested some minor issues. Finally, Samantha's a kind person and easy to get along with. She was great to have on board during a stressful home buying process.

Samantha sold our townhouse within 2 weeks, She knew the community and handled all the details normally associated with the sale of a home so as to keep the process running smooth, while keeping us informed. She was professional and pleasant to deal with from our first meeting with her to the closing.

Great service!! Has concern and caring for individual needs. Goes way beyond what one might normally expect. Spent much time searching for us while we were living in Florida and could not travel to North Carolina.
