Sammy was highly recommended by an estate sale company that I had spoken to when we were getting ready to sell my parents home. It was also important to get as much for the house as possible-as the proceeds are to be used to ensure the best care for my special needs brother. Can't really explain how much I appreciate Sammy. When I fired my last agent, I was called byeveryone from rude investors with insulting offers to agents that were bad mouthing my house andprice.
