I'd like to recount the lovely experience we had with realtor extraordinaire, Sam Basel, when we sold our summer home in Estes. I was not a very motivated seller, to be honest, I didn't really want to sell the place. I loved it very much. Sam got that and worked with my reluctance brilliantly. Most importantly, he loved the house and property too. He appreciated it. He didn't see it as an old house needing work, which it also was, he saw it as we did. A beautiful, historic, uniquely wonderful piece of property. He was constantly upbeat and hardworking. He took beautiful photos and wrote a fine description. He was happy to answer any and all questions. And then he asked for more. He truly wanted us to understand everything that was going on at all times. He was kind and intuitive about how to work with our family. His staff was also very deligent and hardworking. There were days that emails were flying back and forth with helpful info and encouragement. Lastly, I can simply say that Sam knows what he's doing. He knows how to present a property and he understands how to market it to the widest possible audience. He knows how to sell a house. He is extremely supportive during the entire process. And he is very kind and charming as well.

Sam, Julie, and Allison really worked hard to get me the place I wanted. I loved their descriptions and the pictures were true to life. Once we started working together they were always available, always helpful. Definitely a great experience on the buying end and I have a feeling they are just as good on the selling one.
