We loved working with Sam! When choosing a Realtor we met with a few different companies but we by far had the best connection with Sam. He is very personable and easy to talk to. As first time home-buyers we had a lot of questions...Sam was easy to contact and quick to respond to anything we asked, night or day, weekday or weekend. He gave us great advice about the housing market and the different homes we walked through. We could tell he had experience and knew what to look for in houses--on listings and in person. Sam Bruck was extremely helpful during the process of buying my second home in Howard County. My husband and I worked with Sam Bruck to purchase our first home. It was certainly a sellers market and we experienced a couple of homes disappear before we even had a chance to offer. OMG!! Sam sold our Condo style Townhouse in only 3 weeks. He walked me through every step even going over the paperwork and explaining what everything meant. He made it so easy. He helped us with everything from getting an inspection and resolving all issues to helping get all the little things the buyer asked for. He kept all of our expenses down and even got us a small profit. It was my first time selling a property so I was nervous and it was my baby(my first property) so he even found someone that would love my home with all the special touches like i did. He is the best. He'd call at night to explain stuff so I could go to work and he handled everything during the day. AWESOME!! I'd use him in a flash and I'd recommend him to anybody. He could sell ice in Alaska and make a profit.
