Sam was amazing! It took us a while to decided when the right time was for us to list our home. We weren't sure if we could get what we needed for our home. Sam was very helpful in showing us the comps in our neighborhood to give us an honest answer about what we could get for our home. We spoke to Sam on different occasions about selling our house and each time he pulled the comps and walked us through the process. He was very patient and helpful. When it finally came time to list the house, we picked a price and held an open house. Sam always kept us in the loop about potential buyers and always answered any questions we had. Every move that was made to sell the house Sam walked us through. Then he showed us every house we could possibly want to see. When situations arose that were hard for us or seem frustrating Sam was again patient and willing to do whatever we needed to make sure we were making the best decision for us in finding out "forever home". We would use Sam again in a heartbeat to buy and sell a home - however, we love our new home and can't imagine leaving it!
