Sam helped my wife and I buy a house in Chicago, and we could not be more pleased with our experience working with him. Sam Lubeck was professional and kept us in the loop at all times. He is also very personable and understands the realty business very well. Sam would set up the visits for us to see the available listings where we were interested in seeing. Along with finding a new home, Sam helped us with the sale of our old home too. We agreed on a sale price and was successful in obtaining an offer on the first showing. Sam provided us with ideas on how to make our home more presentable for the sale, which apparently worked. We were very pleased with the work Sam provided for us.

Sam is not the typical realtor. We met him at an open house he was hosting for another client of his, and we really appreciated his open and honest style. We asked Sam to both sell our current home in Gurnee, and help us find a new house in Libertyville at the same time. He took on the listing and we had a great offer within 2 days of being on the market. He also made himself available to look at new homes, and he was able to successfully negotiate the purchase price of our new home. There were challenges Sam navigated along the way, dealing with a very pushy and disrespectful buyers agent. This agent nearly caused the deal to fall apart, but Sam kept his cool and dealt with the more inexperienced realtor, pushing back when needed, but ultimately securing the deal through close.
