More about Sandi Smith
I am from Pensacola and have lived in Gulf Breeze and on the beach as well. My familiarity of the area is helpful in finding the perfect neighborhood and home to fit your needs. I am a two-time Florida State University graduate and hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business.
My first career was in the hospitality industry running multi-million dollar restaurants. Customer service, attention to detail, and marketing are some of the skills I developed that transfer over and are useful in real estate.
My love for real estate started from buying investment properties. I understand how stressful buying or selling a home can be. My goal is to make it a seamless transaction for my clients.

Sandi was amazing throughout the entire process of home search to closing. She did a great deal of research on properties that made the short list and brought potential issues to my attention that I had not even thought to consider. When a property manager was not completing the necessary documents to keep my closing on track, she went above and beyond several times to make sure that we got what was needed. I always felt that I was in good hands and that everything was well explained. Sandi is incredibly responsive, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely recommend her and look forward to working with her again!
