Sandi Wien

Sandi is an excellent administrative agent and a very nice person to know; which means all paperwork and coordination regarding listing the house and closing was accomplished in a professional manner and she's very personable. We believe Sandi can improve in the area of finding potential sellers beyond the standard methods such as signs, advertizing and relying on other realtors. It took nearly a year and a half to sell the property largely due to her lack of knowledge in how to promote high value properties and to think outside the box when looking for buyers instead of just waiting for them to come to her. All that said, she's very professional and knows a ton about the real estate process.
