Sandon and his team had an excellent plan to market our home as quickly as possible. He and his staff pre-marketed our home to create demand for showings upon listing. Sandon absolutely knows his stuff and he got us a great offer. He brings so much to the table when you first meet. We discussed selling the house WITH and WITHOUT updates. He really knows what is important to home buyers and we went through every room and he gave us great ideas. He is very knowledgeable about which updates get you the most return. He has experience as a home builder and pointed out some errors our remodel crew made and we got them fixed before we paid. We even had a drawer that had broken and could not be easily replaced without looking different from the others. He showed up the next day and handed us a newly build drawer that exactly matched ours! Truly a top performer!

We worked with Chad for nearly 7 months to find our house, and he showed us A LOT of them. His patience was unwavering. He stuck with us through the break we took from shopping after we suffered through the crazy Wylie hail storm, and for months after while the city was being put back together. He was super friendly and was always willing to meet us at whatever time worked for our schedule. He was always on time, and he was always honest when we needed an opinion or advice. He respected our time, and was happy to communicate via text/email, as was our preference (I mention this because so many people insisted on phone calls throughout the home buying process, and it was a real inconvenience). The market is crazy hot where we live, and houses are flying off the market in 1-2 days, for cash, no less. Chad sent us listings the minute they hit the market, and would get a showing of anything we wanted to see, asap. He was able to pull out some tricks to make our offer shine, and we finally got a house that fits us perfectly. We highly recommend Chad, especially in this tough market for buyers.

If your thinking of going with a different real estate team DON'T! These guys are awesome. I wasn't sure how this was going to work out but the Sandon Realty Group did such a great job to us. They took care of us every step of the way. I loved that if Sandon wasn't personally available, his administrator was. My husband and I were lucky to find the Sandon Realty Group. I saw a house online that I wanted to see fast, because of the quick market turnaround. I emailed three realities listed below the listing. Sandon was the first one to call me back and offered me a Realtor partner, Chad, to go see it the next morning. From there on out it was nothing but the best buying and selling experience we have ever had. They did more for us then they had to. Chad always responded to my text or calls quickly. We looked at many houses and he was very patient and knowledgeable. We ended up selling out house for over the list price and made enough money to cover the conventional loan down payment of our new house. Even though we didn't get the first 3 houses we were interested, we love the 4th house we bought more than any one we saw. I never imagined loving my house and the location this much so young in life.

He organized subs that made a few minor repairs that made a huge difference! His skills in advertising, marketing, and negotiating far exceeded my expectations.
